The New York Gaming Summit is on the move!

After two great years in Saratoga Springs, the New York Gaming Summit continues its tradition of showcasing various regions and facilities throughout New York. For 2010, the Summit moves to the Doubletree Hotel Tarrytown, a newly-renovated premier hotel in the Hudson River Valley. With this great location just minutes from New York's largest racetrack gaming facility, Empire City at Yonkers Raceway, you can count on something special this year! So mark your calendars now for the June 21-22 event you won't want to miss.

The Summit continues to be a proven forum to discuss state and regional gaming issues in what has been characterized as the most rapidly evolving gaming jurisdiction in the country. Each year, top executives from New York’s numerous gaming properties are joined by policymakers, industry leaders, analysts and others interested in this most dynamic market.

Gaming in New York is Growing!

While other gaming jurisdictions have struggled with the economy, New York's racetrack gaming facilities are still growing! During the calendar year 2009, net gaming revenue from all eight video gaming operations topped $1 billion for the first time, an increase of 7.6 percent over 2008.

Most facilities reported individual gains, even those in competitive markets where tribal gaming is strong. These results indicate how important the New York gaming market is, so make your plans to join us at the New York Gaming Summit in June!
