MICKEY BROWN ANNOUNCED AS OPENING NIGHT KEYNOTE SPEAKER
FOR NEW YORK GAMING SUMMIT, APRIL 21-22 IN ALBANY

He Joins Nearly 30 Industry Leaders on Conference Lineup

NEW YORK (March 25, 2003) - G. Michael Brown, President of the Seneca Niagara Casino, will give the opening night keynote address April 21 at the second New York Gaming Summit. His presentation is part of the opening night reception for the event, which continues throughout the next day, April 22, 2003, at the Desmond Hotel & Conference Center in Albany.

Brown will provide a glimpse of his casino's quick road to success in a speech titled, "From Compact to Opening in Four Months."

"I look forward to participating in the second annual New York Gaming Summit, to share our excitement over the past year," he said. "When we met at the Summit last year, I talked about what the Seneca Nation planned for the future. I look forward to sharing what has been accomplished to date by Gov. Pataki and the Seneca Nation of Indians. Last year we were on the brink of a compact. This year we're celebrating the successful opening of a casino."

Last year's inaugural New York Gaming Summit drew more than 300 key executives from the casino, lottery and racing industries, gaming stock analysts and media who explored issues related to the expansion of gaming in the United States' largest commercial market.

American Gaming Association President and CEO Frank Fahrenkopf, Jr., will present the luncheon keynote address on April 22. The day also includes six diverse seminars presented by a lineup of nearly 30 respected speakers and panelists, representing every segment of gaming in New York.
